REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Each Skull Guy London lamp is a unique, handcrafted piece of art made in limited runs. Because no two skulls are identical, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Returns If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us at hey@skullguylondon.com within 14 days of receiving your lamp. We'll do our best to make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Due to the handcrafted and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our studio (Suite J, 113 High Street, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, HP4 2DJ), we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your lamp arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us at hey@skullguylondon.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Bespoke & Custom Orders Bespoke commissions are non-refundable once work has commenced, as each piece is created specifically for you.

Skull Guy London is a trading name of Sublime Marketing Design Ltd (Company No. 07579111). Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
