SHIPPING POLICY

All Skull Guy London lamps are handcrafted at our Berkhamsted studio (Suite J, 113 High Street, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, HP4 2DJ) and dispatched within 3–5 business days of your order being placed.

UK Shipping We ship across the United Kingdom via tracked courier. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination — typically 5–14 business days after dispatch. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Prices on our website are inclusive of UK VAT (GB 971 0431 40); international customers may be charged local import duties separately by their customs authority.

Packaging Every skull is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. We take great care with our packaging given the handcrafted nature of each piece.
